The invention is developed by the Advanced Structural Materials Research Center led by Professor Lv Jian, academician of the French Academy of Technological Sciences, Department of Mechanical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. The invention adopts the surface nanometer multi-stable plate shell with high bearing capacity and designable shape developed by the surface nanometer technology with independent intellectual property rights of the research center to prepare. Through the controllable deformation of the multi-stable plate and shell, the volume of the underwater equipment and the adjustment of the underwater buoyancy are obtained, and the efficient subsidence and floating movement of the underwater profile is realized. It is equipped with commercial sensors and communication modules to realize the water quality monitoring of the underwater profile.
